• Small single brick annex extension of kitchen to be converted to downstairs toilet with small hand washbasin.
  
  Including insulation, new door and window and possibly reroofing.
• Convert existing front garden to off street parking, with block paving.
  
  Approx 6x6 metres, plus gravelling of a side return.
• To install new bath (P shaped shower bath), to install mixer shower (valves attached to wall) replace taps on sink, move tap to the other end of bath, tile half of room, tile floor (with sink and toilet on top of tiles, and boxing in pipes behind the toilet
• Gardens to front and side of property and small area near the back. Has been left for almost a year and everything is overgrown. Person/s needed to cut back hedge, weed, trim back trees and generally tidy up to a presentable standard. Start date is flexible and by arrangement
