Amazing! Best service (and quality) I have ever experienced......and for such a huge project as well. Our house was a wreck when we bought it and six months later it looks like a palace. Prompt, polite, great quality and value for money. First class job.

Two of the girls came in and Kerrie supervised, tidy and spotless, hovered and polished after themselves. Would recommend them to others

I had my flat completely refurbished last year by A Woman's touch and the job was of an extremely high standard. I was really pleased with the results and would definitely recommend them for large scale residential projects.

AMAZING - they turn up when they say they will and when they've gone, your house is so clean you'd never know they'd been apart from the fact that all the work has been done as quoted, on time and to the highest standard I have ever seen. Cannot recommend A Woman's Touch highly enough.

The customer service was exceptional - I felt really special and looked after from the first time I called - they helped me through each stage of my project with cool professionalism and a sympathetic ear - and the end result looked fabulous, came in on time and budget, and importantly added value to my property. No complaints what so ever.

I just left a key with the porter in the morning and it was as if she’d never been, but the room had miraculously changed colour – exactly what I wanted to find after another long day in the office. I would not hesitate in recommending ‘A Woman’s Touch’ to all my friends and colleagues – in fact I have!

A Woman's Touch is simply team work at its best. The team was reliable, timely, professional and perhaps most importantly a pleasure to have in the house for a week. They were happy to accommodate the needs of the three young children in the house and took great care to tidy up at the end of each day. Their time was one hundred percent dedicated to doing the job in hand - no stopping for tea every 30 minutes or popping off to finish other jobs. I would recommend Kerrie and her team to anyone.

Hoping that A Womans Touch might be better than my usual experience of builders I paid the £50 for a quote 3 weeks ago. I had to contact them twice to get the quote one week later. It seemed expensive and would have been even more so as it did not include materials. I replied asking them to include materials and have heard nothing more than two weeks later. So thats 3 businesses contacted off this website, one didn't show for an appointment, one showed up but never sent a quote and this lot who make a very good living providing incomplete quotes and not doing any work.

I am writing in response to Wynsley Riley's comment. We sent his quote through within 3 days of visiting his property, by email. Due to our company name, some email filters file correspondence from us in junk mail folders. All of my team check their junk email folders daily, and we hope our customers do the same, but it seems in this case that did not happen. We cannot be held responsible for email providers' filters. Regarding materials - we state very clearly that our quotes are for labour only. A bathroom suite can vary in cost from around £450 to over £4,500 - and we do not feel providing such a broad price range is of any benefit to our customers.
The team were a pleasure to work with, they responded to all our needs quickly and efficiently and the flat looks exactly how we imagined it to be. We waited a long time before deciding to do the renovation as we'd had some bad experiences with some London builders. A Woman's Touch has restored our faith in the building trade and we would happily use them again. The project timing was perfect, the standard of work was very high, congratulations, Julie, for the best ever wall tiling job! The carpenters came up with good solutions for boxing in pipes and fitting the kitchen, and the finished look of the decorator's work is beautiful - it's obvious Anthony didn't rush and spent time on getting the details right. Finally, the plumbing was excellent, everything works smoothly, we really appreciate Mems's committment to her job and Tony's positive attitude. Thanks to everyone for doing such a great job.

ProblemSolved appreciates all comments, both negative and positive. However we would like to insist that customers post a review based on having used a company’s services – not on whether they agree with its pricing policy on quoting.

How can you recommend "A woman's touch" who want to charge people to give ESTIMATES! If all companies charged £50 + vat for estimates, one would be out of pocket before even the job started and you wouldn't be able to compare different companies. As Alison Cork says that you take estimate from at least 3 different firms - that would be £150 + Vat!!! Absolutely ridiculous and this from someone with a finance background!

This is a fully refundable fee and is used purely to ensure that, just as we would never dream to let anyone down by not turning up, our potential customers extend us the same courtesy. Over 500 potential customers during 2007 have been happy with this. We understand that if someone isn't happy to pay, that they may chose to take their business elsewhere, and this is of course entirely their decision - what we can promise to those who wish to use us is exceptional service and unrivaled value for money - and would much prefer that they give us the opportunity to demonstrate this!
Couldn't fault them - plastered two rooms and both were faultless.
