Reviewed by Leah on August 21, 2010 Immersion repaired Multiplumb are great - turned up when they said they would, diagnosed the problem quickly, had an electrician on site an hour later, new parts bought and fitted, rewiring done, all by 11am.
Will definitely use them again and recommed them to friends.

From the time Richard and Gary arrived they worked non stop on the pre installation work - chemical flush, new pipework,removals etc. After boiler was fitted everything was checked and the gas safe engineer completed the details on the manufacturers registration/warranty form - ready to be posted or entered online. Also had a bathroom suite removed and replaced, including new pipework and isolation valve fittings, again a very reasonable price for all the work involved. All of the old boiler parts,cylinder heater,tank and bath fittings were removed from site. I found all of the Multiplumb staff to be polite and hard working. They always arrived at the arranged time and Richard was easily contactable by 'phone or email for any queries.

They completed the installation whilst I was away but managed communications throughout so that when i returned home there was a new bathroom to all my specifications without any nasty surprises! The first was to change the water pump and second time was to change the immersion heater, descale the water tanks and clean the water system.
Richard is very professional, reliable and knowledgable. He communicates clearly and is very punctual.
We are happy to finally find an honest plumber and would highly recommend him.

They provided advise and a good quote on replacing my system with a more eco-friendly serviceable combi-boiler, which in the long run will be a much better option. They explained how everything works, and also arrived on time, and were very profesional. Richard is very good with communication and response times and is clearly very knowledgable and experienced in all areas of his trade. I would definitly recomend Richard and it is good to finally know a good ethical company that I can rely on.

We found them friendly, thorough, patient and honest - plus Richard's communication is really good both on the phone and via email - you never have to chase him. They turned up on the date agreed and completed the work on time, and in the process of fitting the bathroom they also repaired our heating system very effectively. And when a fault developed with the toilet after installation (a fault of the hardware we'd supplied, not how it had been fitted) Richard immediately came and remedied the problem at no extra cost and at very short notice. Will definitely use again.

Multiplumb turned up on time to conduct a site visit and give a quotation and a couple of options. Based on their competitive quote (for a quality Worcester-Bosch boiler, HoneyWell programmer, and descaler) and their excellent reviews I chose them for the job. On the day of the job they turned up on time and without any fuss got the job done efficiently.
The only small downside is that they dont take credit cards. However they are a pleasure to deal with and I would definitely use them again.

Whilst repairing the thermostat on the central heating he also identified a problem with my boiler which was then sorted out with very little fuss and at a great price.

Richard arrived at the time he said he would, therefore we were not left hanging around the house for hours waiting. He replaced the faulty leaking part and the whole job was completed in under an hour. I have used Multiplumb in the past as Richard is extremely reliable and the work he does is second to none and does not charge exhorbitant prices. I would definitely recommend Multiplumb.
